BizKred LLC ("BizKred," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through getbizkred.com and our related services (the "Service"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
BizKred is a business financing broker, not a lender or funder. A core part of our Service is transmitting your application information to third-party lenders, funders, merchant cash advance ("MCA") providers, and other financing partners (collectively, "Financing Providers") so they can evaluate it. This Policy explains how that works.
Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meanings given to them in our Terms & Conditions.

Information collected automatically when you use the Service, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring source, and similar usage data, including through cookies and similar technologies and through marketing identifiers (e.g., UTM parameters, click identifiers).
Information from third parties, such as consumer reporting agencies, banks, and other sources, as authorized in our Terms & Conditions and as permitted by law.
Sensitive information. We may collect sensitive personal information, including Social Security Numbers, government identifiers, financial account information contained in bank statements, and information used for identity verification, credit evaluation, fraud prevention, and financing eligibility.

We do not sell your personal information for money; our sharing with Financing Providers is to provide the Service you request (see Section 9b).
As authorized in our Terms & Conditions, BizKred and the Financing Providers to whom we transmit your application may obtain consumer, personal, business, and investigative reports about you and the business from consumer reporting agencies and other sources. Many Financing Providers use a soft inquiry to review an application, which does not affect your personal credit score; a hard inquiry, which may affect your score, may occur if you proceed toward funding with a Financing Provider. The handling of credit information is subject to the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable laws.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, including secure transmission, access controls, and private storage of sensitive documents. Access to sensitive information, including Social Security Numbers, bank statements, and uploaded documents, is limited to personnel and service providers with a business need to access it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your own login or device secure.
Financial privacy and safeguards. Because BizKred helps facilitate business financing and collects sensitive financial and owner information, we maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect customer information. We also require service providers that process information on our behalf to protect that information and use it only for authorized purposes.
By submitting an application, you consent to be contacted by phone, text/SMS, and email as described in our Terms & Conditions, including through automated means. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP and opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. Application-related communications about a request you submitted may continue even if you opt out of marketing communications. Marketing communications are optional and are not a condition of financing. BizKred intends to handle communications consistent with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Sales Rule, and applicable state laws.
BizKred uses only first-party, functional technologies needed to operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking technologies. Specifically, the Service does not use Google Analytics or GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads or Floodlight, the Meta/Facebook Pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, the TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or third-party product-analytics or marketing SDKs (such as Segment, Mixpanel, PostHog, or Amplitude).
What we do use is limited to operating the Service:
Because we do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies, we do not currently display a cookie-consent banner. If we add any advertising or cross-site tracking technologies in the future, we will update this Policy and provide any notice or opt-out required by applicable law.
We may retain application records, consent records, communications, provider-submission records, and related compliance records for as long as necessary to document our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain audit records. We may retain some records after an application is withdrawn or declined. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have the right to request access to personal information we maintain about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of certain information, obtain a copy of certain information in a portable format, and opt out of certain uses, including targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling, where applicable. To submit a request, contact us at support@getbizkred.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond as required by applicable law. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the word "Appeal."
Certain state laws may provide additional privacy rights or require additional disclosures. Where applicable, we will honor those rights and provide required notices, including rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising, sale of personal data, or profiling. This includes, where applicable, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and other state privacy laws. Some state laws exempt smaller businesses; where an exemption applies, we still aim to honor reasonable privacy requests and will obtain consent before processing sensitive personal data where required.
We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly sell or share sensitive personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do share application information with Financing Providers in order to provide the Service you request — that is, to seek financing options for your business. If any future use of advertising, analytics, or marketing technologies is considered a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under applicable law, we will provide any required notice and opt-out mechanism. The Service is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Service may link to or transmit information to third-party sites and services, including Financing Providers. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date, and material changes will take effect as described in the notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
